RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Buying art and design is a commitment, which is why we are dedicated to providing our collectors with accurate descriptions and visuals of the artworks featured on our platform.
If you are displeased with your acquisition we can offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Framed prints, on demand edition prints and gift cards are non-returnable.
1. Notify us by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org before the deadline for returning the goods. Provide your name and order information. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
2. All items should be returned in its original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not fulfil these criteria.
3. Please note that you are responsible for the return back to us. You will have to bear the shipping return costs, including any customs, import taxes and related charges. Use the shipping carrier of your choice. We recommend using a trackable service so that the product and your refund isn’t lost. Make sure to send the product direct to:

4. We will refund the amount paid for the product, shipping fee excluded (where applied), through the same service that was used in the purchase. We will pay back the order within 14 days from the date we received the return.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 days from the date we received your return notification.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Be sure to check the goods for any damage when you receive the delivery.
In case of visible external shipping damage please ask the driver to note the damage. If you discover damages after opening the package, please ensure iryt studio is notified within 1-3 days of delivery.
Send us clear pictures of the damage of the packaging along with the order number to firstname.lastname@example.org and follow the instructions given.
