What is a digital C-type print?
It’s basically the darkroom in the Digital Age – true photographic prints made using chromogenic materials and processes but with the light source coming from a digital file, rather than directly from a negative. Light sensitive silver halide paper is exposed using an LED or laser light source and put through a conventional chemical developing process.
Choosing professional photographic papers means ensuring the longest possible archival life and preserving colours in a very natural way, offering detailed, three-dimensional photographic reproduction.

Why do prints come with a white border?
A white border offers greater freedom in how you want to display your print and also an area where the print can be handled without leaving fingerprints.

Ready-framed prints in pre-made black, white and oak wood are available. White window mount and glass included. Sturdy rear panel equipped with hangers in portrait and landscape format.
